I brought to psychotherapy a philosophy of care from my nursing background. In my practice, I open space for clients to go wherever they want to go. For instance, they may want: to practice skills of internal conversation, develop tools for greater intimacy with a partner, become a more authoritative parent, expand their ability to regulate their emotions, decrease the effects of traumatic experiences, and explore their existential concerns or questions.  I just want to help. So, possibly clients can have more satisfying relationships with themselves and others, as well as more resilience in the world.
